Store credits and discount codes are not applied automatically

  • Available discounts

    We offer a 10% signup discount to use on your first order when you subscribe to our emails.

    If you are subscribed, you will also receive a $20 voucher for your birthday!

    This will be available to redeem on orders over $75, to keep you above our free shipping threshold.

  • Didn't receive your welcome code?

    This may mean that you have previously signed up with us, so our system wouldn't have been triggered to issue you the welcome email.

    Get in touch with us and we can check our system. If you haven't used a signup discount with us before, we will happily issue you a new one.

  • Code not working?

    Please ensure you enter your code exactly as you see it in the email you were issued.

    For example, please include WELCOME with the digits issued in your signup discount.

Store Credits / Gift Cards

  • Issue method

    You will receive your store credit via email.

    If you requested a store credit for an item you are returning, you will be issued with your store credit once your return arrives back to our warehouse.

    If you are purchasing a gift card for someone else, feel free to enter their recipient email address.

  • Locating your code

    For security, our system treats your store credit as cash. The only place to find your code is within the original email when the credit was issued.

    For this reason, the code is not saved to your account or automatically applied at the checkout.

    If you cannot locate your code, let us know, and we will reissue the email.

  • Checking your balance

    Unsure if you have credit in our system, or how much you have used? Feel free to get in touch and we can check this for you.

  • Multiple store credits

    Only one code can be redeemed at the checkout in one order. If you have multiple store credits / gift cards in our system and would like to use more than one at a time, get in touch and we can combine your balance into a new store credit and issue you with a new code.

  • Redeeming over the phone

    If you prefer to place your order over the phone, please let us know that you have a store credit. We will be able to locate this in our system, confirm your balance, and manually redeem it for you.

  • Expiry

    Store credits and discount codes are valid for three years from the date they are issued.

    They can also be used across multiple orders - you do not have to redeem your entire credit on one order.

Redeeming Your Code Online

Step 1

Proceed to the Check out

Click the green "Check out" button to proceed from the cart to the check out.

This is located both in the cart drawer and on the cart page.

You will be able to apply your discount at the check out.

All of our available payment methods will also be available at the check out.

Step 2

Desktop

On the right hand side of your screen, you will see a list of the items you are ordering.

Below these, you will see a box that says "Gift card or discount code."

Enter your code here, exactly as you see it in your email.

The "Apply" button will turn green. You can now click it to apply the discount to your order.

Step 2

Mobile

On mobile, you will first need to click "Show order summary" at the top of the page.

This will expand to show the items that you are ordering.

Below these, you will see a box that says "Gift card or discount code."

Enter your code here, exactly as you see it in your email.

The "Apply" button will turn green.

You can now click it to apply the discount to your order.
