We have a simple, no fuss returns policy.  You can return items up to 30 days from the purchase date, so if you need to return items for any reason here's what to do.


REFUNDS and STORE CREDITS

If you would like a refund or store credit, simply fill out the returns form included with your parcel (or download one here).  Once we've received and processed your Refund or Store Credit you will receive a notification email.  Please allow up to 3 days from receiving our refund notification email for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.  Paypal refunds are instant. Store Credits have no expiry date.

 

 ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE

1.  The quickest way to receive your new items before they sell out in the size you need is to place a new order online and send back the original order.  Once your return has been received we will process a refund.

2.  Please use the returns form included with your order to request an exchange (Or download a Form here).  Provided we have the item available we will send it back out to you by return standard post and the shipping is on us.  If we do not have the item available we will issue a refund and notify you via email.

Please note that Tulio does not cover postage costs associated with returning items. (Unless faulty.  Please see below for faulty details)

Often parcels get lost if they are marked 'return to sender'.  We do not take responsibility for refunds if parcels are lost in this way.  We suggest you get a tracking number from Australia Post for your return.

If you are located in Brisbane you are welcome to drop your return in to the warehouse for processing.

WE NOW HAVE A FIXED PRICE WITH AUSTRALIA POST FOR YOUR RETURNS.  YOU CAN LOG ON TO https://returns.auspost.com.au/tulio AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED $9.50 FOR YOUR STICKER TO RETURN UP TO 25KG.  YOU HAVE THE CONVENIENCE OF PRINTING YOUR STICKER AT HOME AND DROPPING YOUR PARCEL IN TO ANY POST BOX OR POST OFFICE.  IT WILL HAVE FULL TRACKING.

FAULTY ITEMS

We take all care to ensure that our items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to you.

We are happy to issue you with a refund in the case of a manufacturing fault. 

If you believe your garment has a fault or you have received the incorrect item, please specify this when sending your email to customerservice@tulio.com.au  We will re-imburse your return postage or send you a return label on any faulty or incorrect item received, or we may send you a post pack to return your item in.

Conditions

Please ensure that all items are returned in the same condition as received. Please take care when trying on your items to avoid makeup marks and perfume transfer. Please ensure swing tickets and tags are left on the items.  Please be aware of pet hair and cigarette smoke that may transfer to the garments and result in a refund being refused.
