A Guide to Measuring

How to Measure Your Hips, Waist and Bust!

At Tulio, we love helping our customers find the best outfit they can, to look and feel fabulous!  To really get this right, it helps to know your bust, waist and hip measurements.

We've put together a quick guide, (complete with a video!) to ensure you measure yours correctly. It will be very useful when talking to our experienced customer service team and you will also be able to quickly check our size charts on all our stock for the best fit!

Bust - The best way to measure your bust

Hold the measuring tape around the fullest part of your breast/chest.

The tape should go under your arms.

Keep your bra on and wear a bra that provides good shape and support; and preferably, not is padded.

Stand up straight with your arms beside you.

Round it to the nearest whole number. This will be your bust measurement.

Waist - The best way to measure your waist

Place the tape around your middle, just above the belly button.

Wrap it firmly but not too tightly. Breathe normally and then measure.

Round the measurement to the nearest number.

Hips - The best way to measure your hips

Find the widest part of the hips.

Stand with your feet together and toes pointing forward.

Wrap the tape around your body. When the tape meets, that will be your hips measurement.

Keep a record somewhere safe and refer back to it and the online size guide to work out the best size for you.
