A note for our Bigpond Email Users - Add TULIO as a safe email address

It has come to our attention that some Bigpond email users have unfortunately not been receiving emails from Tulio.

Thankfully, there is an easy fix for this! Follow the steps below. 

Quick Instructions
1. Click this link http://email.telstra.com
2. Log into your email.
3. Go to Settings (top right next to logout)
4. Go to Mail (left hand menu)
5. Go to Safe Senders (just under where you clicked Mail)
6. Add @tulio.com.au as a safe sender.
