Shipping Insurance with Tulio

At Tulio, we prioritise your satisfaction every step of the way. To enhance your shopping experience, we now offer Shipping Insurance, ensuring your orders are delivered securely and reliably.

What Does Shipping Insurance Cover?

  1. Lost in Transit
    If your order is lost while in transit with our carriers, contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. We’ll investigate with the courier and, upon confirmation of the loss, either send replacement items (subject to availability) or issue a store credit for the value of your order.

  2. Incorrect Delivery
    If tracking shows your order was delivered and signed for, but you haven’t received it, notify us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with Australia Post to investigate. If delivery to the wrong address is confirmed and retrieval isn’t possible, we’ll issue a store credit for the order value.

  3. Damaged During Transit
    If your parcel arrives damaged due to carrier handling, inform us within 5 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and contents. If verified, we’ll resend the items (if available) or issue a store credit for your order value.

What’s Not Covered by Shipping Insurance?

  1. Incorrect Address Provided
    Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or store credit if the delivery address provided was incorrect.

  2. Stolen Safe-Dropped Parcels
    If you authorise delivery to be left in a "safe place" and the parcel goes missing, we cannot provide a replacement or store credit.

Flexible Insurance Options

At checkout, you can opt to include our Shipping Insurance by checking the item in your cart. However, not choosing this option means your order won’t be covered for loss, incorrect delivery, or transit damage.
