WA and NT is automatically sent via Express Post* and is usually 2-4 days.

You will be sent a tracking number for your order once shipped so that you can trace your parcel.

*TULIO reserves the right to rescind the complimentary express upgrade from individuals using our services in an unfair manner. For instance, excessive order cancellations/returns, making it unfeasible for us to continue to extend this complimentary service.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 2pm on Tuesday-Friday are generally shipped the same day, excluding particularly busy periods.

Express Post orders are always given priority.

Unfortunately due to the current tariffs imposed by the US, we are unable to ship orders to the USA at the moment.

We offer Refunds, Store Credits and Exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it meets our terms and conditions.

Items marked as Final Sale can only be returned for Store Credit and a $9.95 return label fee will be deducted.

Don't you hate it when you buy something and then the next day you see it marked down?  We want you to shop with confidence.  If you have purchased something and we mark it down in your size* within 3 weeks, just get in touch with us and let us know.  We will happily give you a store credit for the difference.
