Perfect for me being 5ft 1”... I am size 14 and the 12 are extremely comfortable.. Great for travelling.. I am wearing them to go out today... I have 2 pairs of each colour 😊🎂

Disappointed with the thin fabric
I am 5 foot 2 and if stretchy, a 16 bottom and these are true to size for me. I have in the petite, 3 pairs.
Black, navy and grey.

I am so disappointed with the new Avalon brand of Gianna Petite Pants, i have so many of the Tulio ones the fit and quality was great, made in Australia verses the made in China ones 100% polyester, Tulio were jersey and elastane felt much nicer and looked better. It is a shame to change the quality when the original were much better. Thank goodness i still have a lot of the Tulio pants i will not be buying the Avalon Brand..

They have changed from the last time I purchased Gianni petite pants.
I think they are little smaller in size then previously and fabric is a little firmer and not branded as Tulio.
Will see how these wear before purchasing again.
I have been purchasing gianna pants for a few years now. I pretty much buy black, but also have a grey pair I have recently begun to wear. Unfortunately, after deciding to try the petite giannas I ordered the three pair in total. One pair has gone Valley, which has never happened to any of my other normal length giannas. The one I ordered with pockets I kept but I found I would've needed to go up a size to prevent the pockets gaping. I wear size 14 & don't have large hips. The third pair, I purchased in the last couple of months I returned as they arrived with creases, immediately I picked up there must have been a fabric change. The beauty of all my giannas is that they are wash & wear; no creases!!! When I looked at the fabric composition tag on the new, creased pair and compared it with the many other pairs in my wardrobe I immediately noticed there was no elastain. I returned them and requested a refund.
No more gianna's for me.
I also have felt the quality of the quality of elastic in the waistband doesn't seem to prevent the pants sliding down.
I agree with another customer's comment, that basically said she would be happy to pay a little extra for gianna's to maintain their quality, rather than keep the price the same but reduce their overall quality.

I was very disappointed with the light fabric, especially since your site said it was a thicker/stronger fabric to smooth out lumps and bumps.
I have 6 pairs of Size 18 Gianni Petite pants which I love - so comfortable, a perfect fit and durable enough to withstand almost daily wash and wear.
I recently ordered another 2 pairs in navy.
Sadly I missed the advice that Tulio had partnered with a new supplier - my bad.
To maintain the same price point Tulio appears to have compromised on quality.
1) The new fabric is heavier - no longer wash and wear - will require a light iron and way too hot for a WA summer.
2) The fit is different - cm have been shaved off both length, width and depth.
My new pants are too small and no longer sit comfortably on my waist.
The leg is straighter and less tapered - not as flattering.
The leg is also noticeably shorter and no longer provides full leg coverage.
Unfortunately, as a returning Gianni pants buyer, I had full confidence in my latest purchase so removed the labels and popped the new pants in the wash. It was only then that I discovered the differences in fabric and cut. Too late to request a refund. I'll be donating my new pants to the op shop as they are unwearable.
Frankly Tulio, I would have preferred to pay extra so that quality was maintained - I imagine I won't be the only unhappy customer.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear you’re disappointed. As noted on the product page, this style is now produced by a new supplier, and the fabric has changed as a result. We understand how easy it can be to miss that detail, particularly when re-ordering a long time favourite.
We always recommend trying garments on as soon as they arrive and keeping tags attached until you’re confident with the fit and feel, as this allows us to assist if something isn’t quite right. Unfortunately, once items have been worn or washed, we’re unable to offer a return or exchange.
Unfortunately the previous Gianna pants varied in consistency across different production runs, which was one of the key reasons for the change. Moving to a new supplier allows us to offer more consistent sizing and availability going forward, even though we understand it won’t suit every customer.
The thing I like about your product is that the length does not have to be adjusted. Also, a very comfortable fit.
Would love white
Nice and comfortable, these pants fit well, but I was disappointed to find they were not made in Australia. i much prefer to support Australian made items where possible.
These Gianna pants are the best. Comfort, material, easy care. What else could you want!
I am not pleased with the fabric I have 3 pairs of these in other colours but the white seems thinner and way more see through like the cheaper brands.
I was so pleased at the announcement that the white, petite Gianna pants were back in stock, that I was quick to order a pair, and an additional black pair. The Giannas are, or were my favourite pants. My previous purchases, with the Tulio tag are the perfect size, very well made and finished off. The lightweight fabric, 92% polyester, 8% elastane. So comfortable to wear. And great reviews.
When I first put on the new black pair, I didn’t notice the Avalon tag, but I knew immediately that something was wrong. They were a little tight and I could not pull them up to my waist. I took them off and, only then, inspected them. The first shock - MADE IN CHINA. The Tulio branded ones - made in Australia. The fabric is different - 65% polyester, 35% cotton, which I guess is why the website says they are wrinkle ‘resistant’, not wrinkle ‘free’, like the Tulio (mine came out of the packaging wrinkled). The length from waist to crutch is about 5 cm shorter - the reason I couldn’t pull them up to my waist. The final disappointment is the finish. Several seams are buckled in places and some cottons weren’t trimmed, but left hanging.
I don’t know the reasoning behind changing manufacturers, but can only guess that ‘made in China’ comes with a larger profit margin, but, sadly, a shoddy product.
The Gianna pants I purchased with the pocket I noticed the pocket doesn’t seem to be stitched the right way and always flips backwards when you put them on.
The ones I purchased without the pocket had some exposed elastic on the band which I have allergies to so I cannot wear them. I have cut off the elastic and will work out how to put a band of ribbing on them

I like them as they are light to wear comfortable fit but the best part as I’m only 4’11” the are the correct length so the leg falls well.

I am very happy with my Gianna pants. I now have five pairs which is great with Summer coming up. I would be very happy if I could purchase a neutral coloured pair Eg bone or beige.

JUST PURCHASED MY THIRD PAIR OF THESE GREAT PANTS. THEY ARE FANTASTIC FOR TRAVELLING. SO COMFORTABLE, REQUIRE NO IROINING AND DON’T CREASE. GREAT HAVING PETITE SIZING - NOT HAVING TO CUT AND HEM IS GREAT. ALSO ADAPT FROM CASUAL TO DRESSY WEAR.
