Chances are it's not faulty!

Bamboo is prone to marking if pressure is applied, i.e. from being folded in a parcel or hung with clothes pegs. This is simply due to the fibres being compressed, which give that section of the fabric a different appearance.

However, these marks are almost never permanent! The easiest option is to give it a quick steam and the mark should come right out.

WA and NT is automatically sent via Express Post* and is usually 2-4 days.

You will be sent a tracking number for your order once shipped so that you can trace your parcel.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 2pm on Tuesday-Friday are generally shipped the same day, excluding particularly busy periods.

Express Post orders are always given priority.

Don't you hate it when you buy something and then the next day you see it marked down?  We want you to shop with confidence.  If you have purchased something and we mark it down in your size* within 3 weeks, just get in touch with us and let us know.  We will happily give you a store credit for the difference.
